To assist in the relief efforts, OCA donates a total of 1.9 million yen to the following organizations:Japanese Red Cross Society, Japanese Nursing Association, Tokyo Nursing Association, Peace Winds Japan.

OCA has completed converting all in-charge level professionals to laptops.
Based on the prime minister’s declaration of a one-month state of
emergency, OCA has also taken steps to allow the initial processing of payroll
calculations and arranging of vendor payments to occur remotely at their
homes. Please be assured that your employees will be paid in a timely
manner.

April 2, 2020
OCA has been converting desktops PCs in the office to laptops. As of today, approximately two-thirds of our professionals are on laptops. We will continue the conversion through next week so all full-time in-charge level professionals are able to process payroll and arrange payments remotely.

To minimize the spread and infection from the new coronavirus, OCA employees will be permitted to commute up to two hours earlier than normal or one hour later than normal. Lunch breaks may also slide.
